Last night there were some parking lots that still had some serious slush in them. I have a pair of fake Uggs that work really well with traction, as it turns out, so I've been wearing them. I would love to have a pair of the real thing, and may get a pair some day, but still saving for the honeymoon. We talked about the wedding date last night but they're still working on it. There are a lot of factors right now.
At the Bridal Shop there was a 3 year-old boy named Griffen, although he said his name was Rover. I told him he must get called a lot during Red Rover. He said his name was BLUE Rover. When asked about anything, he did it or watched it "yesterday." What a cute little guy he was. He was wearing black cowboy boots just like the kind I bought for Josh when he was very little (too little to object, I should add,). He was really talkative and friendly and had fun flirting with us as the shop was closing and Alex and her mom were finishing up with their sales person.
When we got back to Alex's house, Josh was cleaning his office. We sat in there while Alex looked up something and Josh did something. I watched The Whole Nine Yards. I had brought my iPod nano cause it stopped working again and Josh has "the touch." I go it to work once before when it stopped but hadn't been able to resurrect it this time. I handed it to him and he had it for less than 30 seconds before he handed it back to me, all better.
Today was a quiet day. Tomorrow is going to be all about the Super Bowl. Ozzy's going to like it cause we're going to be in the living room with all his babies. When Vinnie Christopher was here last night, he pulled all of Ozzy's toys out and made a pile of them beside my chair so I could pick my favorite to throw. Ozzy thinks his white friend Vinnie is the sexiest thing he's ever seen, and he wore his little self out by the end of the night.
